  10. 1/2 tbsphaldi powder
  11. 1 tspzeera powder
  12. 1 tspsabit zeera
  13. 1 tspdhanya powder
  14. 1 tspsabit dhanya
  15. 7, 10 sabit kali mirch
  16. 1/2 tspkalonji
  17. 1 tsptill
  18. 2long
  19. 1black cardamom
  20. 2medium pieces darchini
  21. 1/4 tspfood colour
  22. 1 cupoil
  23. 3 cupswater
  24. hara dhanya

    Sub se pehle degchi lain.

    Usme oil dalen.aur oil ko thora garam karein.

    Oil dalne ke bad usme katy hue onions, salt, long, darchini, aur blaCk cardamom dal kar medium to low flame per degchi ko cover karein. 10 mints ke liye.

    Hamare onions thorey soft ho chuke hain. ab lehsan adrak ki paste ko pani mein dal kar..... wo pani onions mein dal dain..

    5 to 8 mints ke liye cover karein.

    Ab hamare onions bilkul soft ho chuke hain. ab smooth sa paste bnaen, matlab onions ko kootain.

    Ab chicken dalen. chicken ko bhoone jab tak uska colour change ho.

    Ab usme 2 cups water aur tamam masaly dalen, (Except kalonji, till aur dhanya powder) ye 3 chezen abhe nahe dalni.

    25 mints medium flame per degchi ko cover kar rakhen.

    25 mints ke bad tareebn pani dry ho gya hai.

    Ab tomatoes aur hari mirchen dal kar 5 mints dobara cover karein, ta ke tomatoes soft hojaen.
