Mix all the ingredients in leftover biryani rice

Mash it with hands so they are soft and broken into smaller chunks

Leave the mixture for 30 minutes

The onion will release water and there no need to add water

Heat oil on low flame and add the mixture with the help of ice-cream scoop

Let the ball, golden brown on low flame

Remove it when done and dry the excess oil

One cup of rice make almost 8 to 9 balls
