Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 3 cansclams
  2. 2 cupsclam juice
  3. 1 cupheavy cream
  4. 2green onions
  5. 3 TBSflour
  6. to tasteSalt and Pepper
  7. 1/2 LBbacon
  8. 3-4Potatoes

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Chop up bacon, cook, set a side

  2. 2

    Sautéed green onions then add chopped potatoes and cook till tender

  3. 3

    Mix in flour

  4. 4

    Add clam juice and heavy cream and put in bacon. Bring to boil and simmer 20 mins

  5. 5

    Add clams, cook for 5 mins. Serve
