Chop all the veggies.

Heat oil in a pan.add garlic,chillies & ginger.

Add onion and cook for 2-3 minutes.Add all the veggies & cook on high flame.

Add salt, black pepper & all the sauces.Add 3 cups of water and stir.

Mix cornflour with 1/4 cup water and add to the gravy.

Cook till it gets little thickened.

Serve hot with rice or fried rice.
