In a mixing bowl take rava/sooji, salt, rice flour, green chilli chopped, curry leaves chopped, onion chopped, ginger chopped, coriander leaves chopped,and all the other masala ingredients together mix well.

Now add 2tbsp hot oil into the rava mixture, mix well or you can use baking soda 1/2 tsp.

Add curd, & little by little water to prepare dough,(medium soft) let it rest for 5 minutes,mixture should not be too thick or too watery, adjust the consistency accordingly, deep fry them in hot oil on a medium flame.

Your yummy, super crispy rava pakodas are ready to serve.
