Steam bok choy until half done. Set aside

Stir fry garlic, ginger and shallots until fragrant. Then add pork and stir fry. Add a little water and 1 tsp oyster sauce then cook it.

When done, scoop half and set aside. Then pour back vegetables and mix.

When done, transfer in a plate then garnish on top the half pork
