Ingredients

  1. 1/2 kgfresh mutton meat
  2. 5large onion
  3. 3tomatoes
  4. 2 tspGinger garlic paste
  5. 1 tspcumin seeds
  6. 1bay leaf
  7. 3-4black pepper
  8. 2Cardamom
  9. 1 inchCinnamon stick
  10. to tasteSalt
  11. 1 tspTurmeric powder
  12. to tasteRed chilli powder
  13. 1 1/2 glasswater
  14. 1 tspMDH meat masala
  15. 2 tspCoriander leave finely chopped for garnish
  16. 1 cupOil

Cooking Instructions

    Dry spices and ginger garlic paste put in preasser cooker and then onion and tonato paste put in preasser cooker

    When oil is seprate all kind then add washed mutton meat and cook 5 to 6 preasser cook

  3. 3

    After preasser cook open the cooker and check the meat if cooked the mutton then 5 to 6 mint cook on low flame.serve hot
