Wash and dip spinach leaves in hot water for ten minutes

Cut one cheese cube in four pieces,add mix herbs and salt to all-purpose flour.make thick batter of it

Take out spinach leaves from water place on board.put one piece of cheese and roll it like pocket.now cover it with another leaf.one cheese cube must be covered by two leaves.put in all-purpose flour batter and fry on medium to high flame.dont add many pakodas at once.as they are delicate.

Allow it to cool.now in pan add 1 tspoon of oil add black pepper powder and chat masala. Once you added both take out pan from flame put pakodas in mixture. Toss and serve with ketchup.
