Take 1 kg Potatoes wash them and Boil it,peel them off and Mash it.Now mix Chopped Onion 2 Cup, Chopped Ginger Garlic half Cup, Chopped Green Chillies.

Now mix all the Masala Ingredients Dry Mango Powder, Cumin Powder, Salt, Red Chilli Powder, Turmeric Powder, Coriander Powder and lastly add Chopped Green Fresh Coriander mix well all ingredients and make ball of all Potato Masala.

Now in a Big Bowl add Chickpea flour Salt,Red Chilli Powder, Turmeric Powder, Cumin Powder Water for making paste lastly add Ginger Garlic Paste mix well and make a smooth paste for Coating the Potato Masala Balls for Deep fry.

Now Dip or Coat all the Potato Masala Balls into the Chickpea flour/Besan Paste and Deep fry in the Kadhai on medium to high flame, After Deep frying all the PAKODA in the hot Oil, Serve it hot to the Plater with any Chutney or Sauce 😋, Your Delicious AALOO PAKODA is Ready to Enjoy 😋😍🤩❤️
