My son love yam so much I decided to make founded yam for him fortunately he loves it more.
Cooking Instructions

Peel the yam cut it,wash and put in a pot add water and let it boil until soft

Put it down and add little by little in a Moto and use ur pestle to pound until it is thick and combined like swallow. Put it in a nylon to stay hot or use a small bowl to make it smooth.

For the stew pour the grinded ingredients in apot put on fire until the water dissolve then add palm oil to fry add seasoning and the meat stock let it cook for some time. Enjoy
