Delicious healthy dosa with the goodness of carrots and oats.
Steps

Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl

Take some grated carrots and grind to a paste with little water

Now add curd to the dry flours and mix

Add the carrot puree. Mix it to make a batter consistency and keep it for 15 mins. Then check consistency and add water as needed.

Now in a pan, heat oil and add using a ladel pour the batter. Spread it and cook

Flip it over and cook on the other side as well.

Serve with chutney.
