Ingredients

1-2 servings
  1. 3/4 cup powderd oats
  2. 1/2 cuprice flour
  3. 1/4 cupsooji(semolina)
  4. 1/2 cupcurd
  5. 1/2 tbspajwain(carom seeds)
  6. to tasteSalt
  7. 1/2 tbspfinely chopped ginger
  8. 1/3 cup carrot puree/paste

Steps

30 mins
  1. 1

    Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl

    Take some grated carrots and grind to a paste with little water

    Now add curd to the dry flours and mix

    Add the carrot puree. Mix it to make a batter consistency and keep it for 15 mins. Then check consistency and add water as needed.

    Now in a pan, heat oil and add using a ladel pour the batter. Spread it and cook

    Flip it over and cook on the other side as well.

    Serve with chutney.
