First of all finely chop all the vegetables and keep them ready.

Now in a bowl, add mayonnaise, tomato sauce, fresh cream, chilli sauce, salt, pepper, mixed herbs and chilli flakes. Homemade cream (malai) can be added instead of fresh cream. Mix everything very well. Now add chopped vegetables to the sauce and mix everything well.

Arrange cream crackers in a plate and spoon some prepared mixture onto it. Now add some grated cheese and top it off with a spring of parsley. Even a spring of coriander can be added to it if you do not have parsley.

Serve this delicious snack as an evening snack with tea or coffee.
