  • 2 headsRomanesco cauliflower
  • Splashoil
  • Salt and pepper

Steps

30 mins
  1. 1

    Chop the cauliflower in to almost bite sized pieces and rub with oil. Generously season with salt and pepper.

    Roast for 30-45 mins until the biggest pieces are tender. The smaller pieces my start to brown but that’s all good.
