Chanajor garam sandwich with smoky carrot dip!

Boil the cereals and potato. Chop the onions, ginger, chillies, mint leaves.

Add the chopped ingredients except onion. Add all the spices. Mash them.

Heat 1 tsp oil in a kadhai, splutter onions and add the mashed ingredients. Fry until it starts sticking to kadhai. Let it cool.Squeeze a lemon. Chanajor garam spread is ready.

Mix the mayonnaise and chutney.

Spread the mayo chutney spread on one slice of bread, and top it with chanajor garam spread. Again spread the mayo- chutney spread on another slice of bread and cover the first one.

Grill the prepared sandwich.

Grate a carrot and mix in curd. Place the bowl in a kadhai. Smoke oil and add crushed garlic in to it and immediately place the smoking katori inside the kadhai and cover it with a lid. Dip is ready.
