This is no knead pizza and it can stay in your fridge up to 3 days before we use it. The textures gets more chewy the longer you leave it in fridge. I used a lot of virgin oil (you can mixed with chili) in the pans and on top of it. I only used spicy mince beef, caramelised onion, mayonnaise and cheese on this, but the topping is up to you🥰🥰🥰 I put how to make topping in bottom. I divide into 2, but you can divide to 4 if you prefer.

Steps

  1. 1

In big bowl, pour: flour, sugar, yeast, salt. Mix them with wood spatula. Pour warm water little by little and mix till you cant see anymore water. It should be quite stick, use scrapper if sticky to help.

  2. 2

Cover the bowl with clean dish towel. and leave it in the kitchen for 60-75 minutes till rise. This will now ready to use if you want😉

  3. 3

Dough: If you want to fridge, prepare 2 plastic. Deflate and divided dough into 2, put some extra virgin oil around the dough, make a ball and put it on the plastic. Close and refrigerate. (Make sure it come to room temperature before you use it). -about an hour before using

  4. 4

Now: Deflate and divide into 2. Brush two sheet pans, each with about 2 Tablespoons of olive oil. (I used parchment paper.) This makes it easier to spread the dough out and to remove the pizzas after baking.

  5. 5

Rub your hands with some olive oil and use them to turn the dough into a ball and onto the prepared pans. Gently spread the dough out towards the edges of the pan. If it sticky, use more oil in your hand. Leave it to rise for 30 minutes

  6. 6

Then heat the oven for 230c. We are going to cook for 5minutes first, so its not soggy when we add the topping. See below:

  7. 7

Now, use fork to poke the dough all over, then bake without topping for 5 minutes. Take it out.

  8. 8

Brush the remaining olive oil on the surface of dough all over. Top the pizza with toppings: I start with a bit of cheese, toppings and more cheese. You can drizzle more oil if you want on top.

  9. 9

Put it back to the oven for another 15-20 minutes till the cheese is bubbly. Depend on your oven

  10. 10

To Make caramelised onion ****. In hot pan add olive oil, add the onion and bit of salt. Stir fry in medium heat. Add the sugar. Keep stirring in low heat till caramelised. Turn off and set aside.

  11. 11

To make spicy mince beef **** in hot pan, fry the garlic then put the mince beef, it will have water came out. When water start to drain, put the chilli powder, salt, sugar and pepper. Make sure all dry so al the spice marinated into the beef. Set aside.

Whether it's a spoonful of sugar or a handful of cabe (chillies), it can only make your food (or live) more exciting. The little Indonesian girl in me reminisces about the spicy flavors of home. Dishes such as Nasi goreng and rendang, transport me 7000 miles back to my home in Jakarta.Arriving in UK, I felt lost. Finding foods that I missed could be quite a challenge. That’s when my culinary journey started. It's far from perfect, and just a guide, use and make them your own. I hope it would help you, as it help me.
