Chop all the ingredients and cut the paneer into pieces. In a bowl, mix the paneer pieces with salt, red chili powder, chaat masala, garlic paste, ginger paste, and cornstarch.

Mix all the spices well with a spoon and let it sit for 5 minutes. Heat oil in a pan and fry the paneer pieces.

Remove the fried paneer and place on a paper towel. In the same oil, add garlic and diced onions. Sauté lightly, then add the green onions.

Add the chopped yellow bell pepper, then mix in salt, Kashmiri red chili powder, and black pepper.

Add tomato ketchup, green chili sauce, soy sauce, and vinegar. Mix everything well, then add the fried paneer pieces.
