Ragi Dosa with Coriander stem chutney

Soak Ragi, Urad dal, Raw rice, fenugreek seeds for 3-4 hours.

Mix them all and keep aside for 12 hours for formentation.

Once it is formentated add salt as per your taste.

Then preapre a flower shape dosa.

For Green chutney,take the stem of coriander leaves,little amount of curry leaf, green chili, cumin seeds for digestion and salt.

Just fry baby onions with little amount of urad dal and curry leaf, if you like to enhance the taste.
