  • 1 tspCumin seeds
  • fewCurry leaves
  • Pinchasafoetida
  • 1 inchginger
  • 3Garlic cloves
  • 2 cupspeanuts
  • 2dry red chillies
  • 1Green chilli
  • 1/2 InchTemrind
  • 1 cupFresh grated coconut
  • as requiredOil for fry
  • as per tasteSalt
  • As required Water

    Let’s take some oil in a frypan, put the cumin seeds once the oil is hot and then add a pinch of asafoetida & curry leaves, ginger and garlic. Sauté for a while.

    Now add the peanuts and roast them patiently until their colour change a bit. As they are getting roasted, you will see and listen the sound of peanut crackles. Roast the peanuts for 5 mins. Now take out all from the pan and let it be cool.

    Once the peanuts are ready with cold and let’s put them in a grinder, add fresh crushed coconut, add temrinnd, add green chilli, add some water and add salt as per your test. grind them well and take out in a bowl.

    Now we will add the tempering on it. Let’s take the oil in a hot pan, add red dry red chilli, mustard seeds and sauté for a while. Now add this Tadka in the grinded chutney.

    Now the peanut Chutney is done and ready to serve. Enjoy the taste of peanuts.
