Ingredients

2 servings
  • 1/2grated coconut
  • 7-8dry red chilli
  • 4-5garlic cloves(optional)
  • to tastesalt
  • as requiredWater to grind chutney

Steps

  1. 1

    Add grated coconut & dry red chillies in grinder

  2. 2

    Add salt to taste and garlic cloves and grind it well.(do not much water as it should be little bit thick)

  3. 3

    If you want tadka then take 1tsp oil in pan

  4. 4

    Add few curry leaves and 1/2 tsp mustard seeds

  5. 5

    Let it crackle and then add it to chutney.

  6. 6

    Mix well and enjoy homemade chutney
