Pasta with homemade ketchup

This is a quick recipe for light lunch to be enjoyed by children and adults alike. I used homemade ketchup for great rich taste .
Can garnish with coriander leaves ,parsley or basil

Steps

Bring salted water to boil in a sauce pan

Once boiled drop in the spaghetti - don’t break
- 3
Boil for 10-15 minutes until tender

Remove from flame. Pour in a strainer and pour through cold water until water comes out clean
- 5
Meanwhile in a different pan (preferably non stick or cast iron), fry onion. Once succulent add the garlic and fry till ready. Add in the cherry tomatoes. and cook till tender

Season with salt and curry powder

Add in the boiled pasta and homemade ketchup, mix gently and simmer for a few minutes for the tastes to incorporate.

Serve hot.. and enjoy
