May not get smooth texture .mainly due to celery texture,or due to celery not blending enof .but if using in baking or pizza,or as part of other recipe such as fillings etc it may never be an issue...you may be telling me what can improve ..or you may just lov it as it is

  4. 4

This sauce can be premade and frozen. It is a ready basic sauce for pizzas or can now store for use as stews by adding veggies or meats or mostly goes well in oven bakes.as it is nice and thick.u can also thin it down e.g. using stalks if you are making stews.or just bit more water

  5. 5

    Bismillah and enjoy.
