Inn a pan take ghee and add gond

Roast on low flame until gond puffs and then transfer to a bowl.

Crush the gond to a coarse powder.

In the pan add almond, cashew and raisins.

Roast on low flame until golden brown.

Let it cool completely, and blend to a coarse powder using blender

Transfer to the same bowl.

Now roast makhana until they turn golden and blend it too.

Transfer to the same bowl and mix well.

In a kadai take ghee and roast wheat flour for 45 minutes until it turns golden brown

Transfer to the same bowl and allow to cool

In meanwhile dry roast ¼ cup dry coconut and ¼ cup muskmelon seeds.

To the same bowl add ginger powder and sugar powder, cardamom powder

Mix well and make sure everything is cooled

Take a small portion of the mixture and prepare ball-sized ladoo.

Finally, enjoy aate ki pinni.
