Wash the veggies and cut them into square pieces. Take a pan and into the little bit of oil and all veggies shallow fry in golden colour and put out any plate.

Take a pan and 1 spoon oil into the pan. When the oil is hot add all the dry spices like jeera, kalonji, dry coriander seed, 4 black pepper all ing are crackle then add onion finely chopped.

Then onion aur golden brown then add finely chopped tomato then add all dry spices like coriander powder, Turmeric, salt, red chilli powder, and stir well until the spices leave the oil.

Then add golden Brown veggies and fresh cream and cook them 5 to 10 min.

Tangy bell pepper is ready and garnish with green coriander leaves and serve with chaptties.😋😋😋
