  2. 2big chillies
  3. 1big tomato
  4. 6/7garlic cloves
  5. 4/5green chillies
  6. to tasteSalt
  7. 2 tablespoonpeanut roasted
  8. 1tspoon lemon juice

    Roast capsicum, chillies, tomato

    After roasting put it in chilled water,it will help to leave the skin.

    Deseed capsicum and tomato,I hv used wooden morter to make this chutney.put all ingredients along with garlic, green chillies and salt.with the help of morter make chutney

    Don't make paste. coarsely we have to do it is tasty.put lemon juice and mix well and serve with bhakri, chapati.it's oilfree yet very tasty.

My husband and I love vegan and vegetarian foods. I never heard of this. We don’t have gas stove or grill though :-(
