Firstly peel potatoes and cut in small sizes cut capsicum now take a wok add oil And heat it

Now add jeera and fry it add turmeric powder,salt and red chilli powder now add potatoes and capsicum

Cook it on low flame till becomes soft

Serve it with chapatti
