Bell pepper / Shimla mirch ki besan wali sabji

Wash & chop bell peppers into small pieces.

Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds, asafoetida & turmeric powder. Then add chopped bell peppers.

Add salt. Mix it & saute it little on low flame. Cover it with the lid for 5 minutes. Keep stirring in between.

When it becomes soft add gram flour. Mix & roast it. Saute it for 2 to 3 min.

Add red chilli powder, coriander powder & dry mango powder. Mix it. Switch off the gas stove & cover it with a lid. Your yummy bell pepper sabji is ready. Serve with chapati, rice or bhakri
