Schezwan Rice

Boil 2 cup rice with salt and let it cool completely.

Finely chop all vegetables.

In a non-stick pan heat ghee and fry paneer till golden brown.

In a non-stick pan heat oil and add chopped beans, corn and carrot to it. Saute for 3-4 mins.

Then add all three bell peppers and 1/2 tsp salt to it and saute for 4-5 mins.

Add cooled cooked rice and 1/2 tbsp(or according to taste) schezwan masala.

Mix well all ingredients and cover for 2-3 mins.

Add fried paneer pieces and mix well.

Serve hot with your choice of soup
