4tostadas
1tomato
1/2onion
1 clovegarlic
2serrano peppers
1cactus paddle (nopal)
1ball (about 3 oz/85 g) chorizo sausage
Salt, to taste
Black pepper, to taste

Chop the vegetables and sauté them.

Cook the chorizo in a skillet.

Add the chopped cactus paddle and the sauce, and let it simmer until the cactus changes color.

Fry the eggs to your liking, place one on each tostada, and top with the sauce.
