  • 4 piecefish
  • 2 tbspShan lahori fish masala
  • 2 tbspbesan
  • 2 tbspcornflour
  • 1egg
  • Salt per taste
  • Add lemon if you like
  • Add water if you need

Steps

    Mix all ingredients, make a thick paste,

    Marinate fish with this paste for at least 1 hour,

  3. 3

    Then shallow fry it,

  4. 4

    Sprinkle Chaat masala on top,

  5. 5

    Serve with ketchup or lemon
