Steps
- 1
Make a smooth dough with homemade paneer, rice flour, milk powder and baking powder.
- 2
Heat ghee in a pan. Take one stainless steel grater and grate the dough in hot ghee...deep fry for 3 to 4minutes. Ensure that the paneer does not change colour. Now make small balls with the same dough before frying. We will fry the ball till becomes golden brown.
- 3
Make sugar syrup by adding a little saffron and one bay leaf. Sugar syrup consistency should not be very thick. Its consistency should be like rasgulla or gulab jamun syrup. Once syrup gets ready put fried panner and ball both in this syrup. And keep aside for an hour. Your sitabhog Or paneer polao is ready.
