This is one delicious and savouring lunch/dinner option with ragi ball and rice. Two in one recipe, where the cooked drained water is used to prepare rasam and the cooked dal will be stir fried and enjoyed the wholesome meal😋

This is one delicious and savouring lunch/dinner option with ragi ball and rice. Two in one recipe, where the cooked drained water is used to prepare rasam and the cooked dal will be stir fried and enjoyed the wholesome meal😋

Fry 2 onions in a pan with oil, add garlic, curry leaves, spices. Then add grated coconut, 1/4 cup of cooked sprouted Horsegram along with sambar powder. Put all these ingredients in a mixi and make it a fine paste.

Start tempering with oil mustard seeds, cloves, cinnamon, curry leaves, garlic, onion and saute for 3-4 minutes. Then add the ground paste to it. Let it cook for 5 minutes. Add drained water from cooked sprouted Horsegram and finally add chopped coriander leaves and salt to taste.

The cooked sprouted Horsegram will be stirfried using normal tempering, salt to taste, and if used hand full of grated coconut along with chopped coriander leaves and squeeze lemon drops at the end.
