First make a dough, take a bowl add maida make a whole between it add curd sugar, baking soda and salt in it mix it very well then add maida in it and add warm water and make a sticky dough, dough should be sticky

Now Knead it very well and cover it for 1 hrs and keep it aside

After 1 hrs take a dough sprinkle some flour and make a big flat roti out of it the apply ghee on all over the roti approximate 2 tbsp of ghee will required

Then fold it from one side and from another side again on both side apply ghee now seal both the side and make a log shape

Out of this love cut small pieces

Keep this rolls aside

Now take a bowl add paneer, onion, coriander and mint leaves, red chilli powder, amachur powder, anar dana powder and all the aboove mentioned ingredients mix them very well

Now take one roll of dough roll it and keep the stuffing roll in between and fold it from all sides and make a paratha like bread

Take a tave heat it very well apply water on back side of naan and mkeep it on tawa In manner that water side should be on lower side now

Roast it on gas flame with tawa and apply lots of butter and serve with coriander and mint chutney and butter
