Steps

Soak moong daal in water for about 3hours. Wash and drain water from moong daal and transfer into mixi and add coconut and make batter.

In a pan heat the ghee and transfer the moong batter into a pan keep stirring in low flame. Keep on stirring till you see the halwa texture. Once it is thick and comes together and start to leave the sides of the vessel then switch off heat.

Apply some ghee to the plate and spread it. Now transfer the mixture into plate and spread.Spread poppy seeds on it. After the cool cut it into moon shape and deep fry until golden brown and serve hot. Thank you
