  • 1/ 1/2 kgFull chicken
  • 1 tbspLal mirch powder
  • 1 tbspKali mirch powder
  • 1 tbspChaat masala
  • 3-4 tbspTandoori masala
  • Namak as per taste
  • 100 gramDahi
  • 1/2 tbspZarde ka Rung
  • 1/ 1/2tspAdrak/lehsan ka paste

  1. 1

    Chicken KO achi tarhan wash Kar lein.chicken per cuts laga lein.

  2. 2

    Ek Pateele mein Dahi main Sarah masalay,lemon juice dal Kar achi mix Kar lain aur chicken par laga lein.aur chicken legs KO tie Kar lein.

    Takreeban 4 hours k liya ya over night.

  4. 4

    Phir AK pateele may 3 4 glass Pani dal dal dein or steamer plate rakh lein.Jab pani may ubal Ajay to chicken KO steamer plate mein rakh down.

    Dhak Kar 30 to 45 mints ya Gal janay tak steam main cook Kar lein.(15 mints bad check Kar tay rehein).

  6. 6

    Ek pan main oil gram karay.Phar chicken KO or remaining marination chicken par dal dey.

  7. 7

    Dhak Kar halki ancch cook karein 5-7mints one side.then other side 5-7 mints.

  8. 8

    Phir koiley ka dum dayn.for barbecue flavor.

  9. 9

    Serve with veggies,and steam vegetables.
