Best Chocolate Cake Ever-Trust Me! Best Chocolate Cake Ever-Trust Me!
I woke up with a crave attack and was in need of a moist chocolate cake. Up until then, I had never made one from scratch before so I started scouring the Internet and I came across this one. I tweaked it just a bit (instead of espresso powder, I used instant coffee and I added it to the water to dissolve). You will never need another chocolate cake recipe after trying this one. My husband is not a chocolate cake fan but he loves this one! wilce7713 -

30 Minute Chocolate Cake (Buttermilk Brownies) 30 Minute Chocolate Cake (Buttermilk Brownies)
This is a moist, delicious cake that you can whip up in a hurry. I originally got it from a cookbook that my mom's cake decorating club, Mile High Cake Decorators, produced back in the 1970s. It was called "Mile High Favorites." All of the members of the club submitted their favorite recipes. I guess you could say it was like an early version of CookPad! This is my go-to cookbook, because it contains many family favs. Pastazia -

Chocolate and Coconut Flan Cake Chocolate and Coconut Flan Cake
This is my favourite dessert, I can finish a whole cake myself. The coconut flan is very light and not so sweet. The chocolate cake is very spongy with slightly coffee flavoured. And I like the sweetness of the toffee layer on top.I always make my own toffee for this cake. What I do is I boil one can of sweetened condensed milk over low fire for 4 hours. Let it cool down, put it in the fridge over night before open it. Wiwik Sunariyah -
