Peanut Butter Cheesecake
Light fluffy & tasty cheesecake with a crisp base
Steps

Line your case with grease proof paper. Soak Gelatine in water. Crush the cookies & add the melted butter & mix well. Push into the bottom of the case tin. Allow to set in the fridge for 30mins.

In a bowl mix Cheese, Syrup, Vanilla & Peanut butter. Whisk so it’s well mixed.

In a pan gently heat the milk with the gelatine until it dissolves. Add to the cheese mixture & whisk well. Pour the mixture into the case & allow to set in the fridge for a couple of hours.

Served with Reeses mini cups & chocolate sauce.
