Ingredients

  1. 1 cupcurd
  2. 1/2beetroot
  3. 4/5Red chilli
  4. 1 inchginger
  5. 1/2tspoon cumin seeds
  6. 1/4tspoon Fenugreek seeds
  7. 1tbspoon desi ghee
  8. to tasteSalt
  9. 1/2tspoon curry leaves
  10. 1tbspoon black gram flour

Cooking Instructions

    Blend curd and beetroot together to form pink colour buttermilk

  2. 2

    Heat kadai add desi ghee.once hot add Fenugreek seeds, cumin seeds, chillies, asefoetida,curry leaves, chopped Ginger.mix gram flour with buttermilk.

    Saute for minute then add buttermilk and mix well add water to adjust consistency.add salt.

    Boil kadhi for ten minutes and serve with khichdi or steam rice.
