Mix Besan and baking powder and mix well

Now make the flowing consistency batter and put to rest for 5 mins

Heat oil for frying

Take one big spoon of batter and put it on frying spoon for puri. Put that puri frying spatula on oil and pour batter.

Slowly the small boondi will come out of the puri frying spatula in the oil.

Fry for 5 min and dry on tissue paper.

Put 1 cup of sugar in a pan and add half cup water to make chashani.

Add boondi in the chashani and put it in for 10mins.

After 10min remove boondi and serve with sev.
