Chicken pulao Chicken pulao
Chicken Pulao is a popular Pakistani dish made with chicken, aromatic spices, and fragrant Basmati rice. Pulao is known for its rich, aromatic flavours and tender chicken cooked in a flavorful broth called "yakhni," which is then mixed with Basmati rice. It can be a one-pot meal also. I prefer making it in two steps. Yes, it does take around twenty-five minutes more. However, given how much flavour the broth infuses into every bite, that is a minor price to pay. This recipe goes perfect with some raita, Iserved it with simple cumin raita. You can enjoy with any raita of choice. You will need a handful of ingredients to make this pulao and it comes together in less than an hour. Sarvat Hanif -

California Farm Wild Rice Mushroom Pilaf California Farm Wild Rice Mushroom Pilaf
Our nearby mountain lake grows some of the very best wild rice, nutty and creamy in flavor. And fresh oyster mushrooms grow on the kitchen counter every 30 days, they are ready to harvest today. We also saved shiitake mushrooms from last fall by air drying in the air fryer.Shiitake mushrooms taste like beef. Oyster mushrooms taste like lobster. Porcini mushrooms taste like smoked ham.A pilaf is rice cooked in broth, in this case porcini mushroom broth. The mushrooms are sauteed in white cooking wine. Shallots are glazed till sweet and optional small wagyu meat balls are browned served as a side dish. I use half a teaspoon of japanese bonito fish dashi powder to bring all these unique flavors together in a festive dish, but , for vegans, you can substitute dashi with soy sauce.By serving wagyu meatballs on the side, this dish can be vegan or traditional.#GlobalApron Hobby Horseman -
Curry Pilaf Curry Pilaf
I uploaded a curry pilaf recipe before, but over the years, I've refined the recipe. So I deleted the old one and uploaded this one. This one is delicious.Make sure to use less water than usual, for the rice to be firm and separate.Adjust the water level after adding the dissolved soup stock and soy sauce. The saltiness of the curry powder differs by brand, so adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper.I used curry powder that only contains spices, no salt. My Iranian friend taught me this recipe. I was stunned when I tasted this for the first time! I tried making it after I was taught the recipe.Certainly, cinnamon is the key to this recipe! I'm sure you'll be fascinated with this novel flavor. The potatoes you add at the end really absorb the savory taste, and it's absolutely delicious. Enjoy it with some refreshing salad! Also try my Iranian Eggplant Dip. For 2-3 servings. Recipe by Kuminchan cookpad.japan -
