Beat eggs until thoroughly combined in a medium-large bowl.

Add the milk; mix well.

Sift in flour while mixing and make sure there are no clumps.

Slice sausage into thin slices.

Place 4-6 slices in a nonstick frying pan on medium heat and fry until ready. Flip sausage midway.

Pour about 1/2 to 1 cup of the egg mixture in the pan with the sausages.

Flip the omelet once one side is browned and cooked.

Serve after both sides cooked.
