Ingredients

3 servings
  1. 1/2 literBatter of idli
  2. As per tasteSalt
  3. 2 tbspBlack pepper powder
  4. As required Oil for greasing
  5. 1 tbspEno fruit salt
  6. For chutney:
  7. 1 bowlCurd
  8. As per tasteSalt
  9. 3Green chillies
  10. As required Coriander leaves
  11. 1 tbspMustard seeds
  12. 1 tbspOil
  13. 6 tbspCoconut powder

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    First of all add Batter in bowl. Add eno fruit salt. Add little water to activate eno fruit salt. Add salt and black pepper powder in it. Mix it well.

    Now grease the mold and cook it for 10 minutes. Let it cool down completely. Now serve idli in plate.

    You also prepare chutney for idli. Take fresh coconut powder, chilli, coriander,curd,salt.Add all ingredients in mixer jar.And prepare chutney. Now prepare tadka for it. Take bowl add 2 tbsp oil, mustard seeds, curry leaves in it.Add chutney in it. Mix it well.

    Here I serve it with Sambhar but you can skip it. It's really yummy when you serve it with coconut chutney.
