Take a pan and heat oil into it add jeera till golden brown.

Now finely chop all the vegetables.

After 2 minutes add capsicum and onion and saute for 2-3 minutes.

Now add masalas and oats and mix well add one glass of water and tomato sauce and mix well and let it get cook till water-soaked

And masala oats are ready to eat.
