Steps

Take oil & add spices,ginger garlic paste, chilli paste...let it cook for few seconds...

Add capsicum...tomato puree & boiled corn to it...

Add salt to taste, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder & mix well...let it cook for 5 mins...add some water if required...

Take a pan & heat ghee/butter, add paneer cubes..let it turn golden crispy on all the sides..and add to subji at the time of serving..

Serve hot...garnish with coriander...
