Mix the batter with salt and baking soda and greesr the idli stand with oil

Now in a steamer heat the water and pour the batter into the stand and steam for fifteen minutes

Then give the tasks and fry the idli in the oil in a low to medium flame and fry till it becomes crispy and serve with coconut chutney and sambhar
