Velencia rice with chicken and beef soup

Boil rice until slightly cooked, then keep aside

In a pot add in butter, crush pepper and onion, salt, red kidney beans, peas, sweet corn, seasoning cubes and boil rice stir well, add very little boil water and allow to cook well

Grate your pepper, Scotch bonnet, onion and garlic, slice your carrot, green and red pepper

In a pot add in veg oil and onion, then add your grated vegetables, fry for 3mnts, add in chicken and beef stir then add in seasoning spice and carrots fry for some mnts

Add in chicken stock and soy sauce, dilute corn flour with water and add in stir and cover the pot for 2mnts, add slice green and red pepper cover the pot for 2mnts and serve 😋
