First, mix the flour with salt and oil, then knead into a soft dough. Cover and let it rest for 10 minutes.

Place all the vegetables in a large bowl. Add black pepper and salt, then mix well. Squeeze the vegetables in a thin cloth to remove all excess water.

Divide the dough into small balls and roll each into a small circle. Place some of the vegetable filling in the center and shape into momos.

Bring water to a boil in a large pot. Once boiling, place a steamer basket over the pot, cover, and steam the momos for 10 minutes. Serve hot.
