No oil Veg paneer pulao

Firstly cook the rice.

In a cooker add 1 tbsp. Ghee adds all dry garam masala then add chopped vegetables add salt mix well then add little water and cook untill 2 whistles. (I have made this rice in very small amount of ghee for cooking vegetables properly I have used cooker, if you cook using oil then you can use kadhai and cook without adding water, only in oil)

Take a pan heat up 1 tbsp ghee and cooked vegetables and saute for few minutes, add Ginger chilli paste then add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, shahi biryani masala, mix well. Add cooked rice, salt and mix well.

Chopped paneer in small cubes then takes a non-stick pan to add 1/2 tsp. Ghee add paneer cubes and saute till golden brown from both sides.

Add paneer cubes in pulao and serve with onion patch.
