First for activating Yeast take 1/4 cup of lukewarm water.

To the water add 1 tsp of sugar and 1 tsp of yeast. Mix everything well and cover it and let the yeast mixture bloom for 10-15 mins.

Now take 2 cups of maida. To that add some salt to taste and a tsp of mixed herbs. Mix it.

Now add the yeast mixture to the flour and make a dough. Add more water if needed and make a soft dough.

Apply some oil to the dough and let the dough rest for 1 & 1/2 to 2 hours.

For preparing veggies first in a pan add some oil and to that add the garlic.

Stir fry Garlic until it becomes golden brown. Then add 1 chopped onion to it.

Fry it until golden brown and then add the tomatoes then the carrots, capsicum followed by corn and Paneer at last.

Now add the sauces - the pizza sauce, mayonise, cheese mix them,it should be creamy.

Now add some red chilli powder, some oregano and salt.

Now after 1&1/2 - 2 hours dough doubled in size. knead it for few minutes lightly.

Now divide the dough into 8 equal portions.

Take one portion, roll it under rolling pin to very thick and small.

Add 2 tsp of prepared sauce,add some mozerella or any other cheese and seal it.

Brush them with milk and bake them in an oven preheated.

Bake them for 20-30 mins at 190°C. After the zingy Parcel is cooked brush it with melted butter.
