Mysore masala dosa is very famous in south India and Mumbai. Usually dosa is served with Mysore masala which is prepared with Potato, Onion and Garlic. But many people are not eating Potato, Onion and Garlic, so we are showcasing how to prepare Mysore masala with Banana stem. This is easy to cook and healthy to eat.
Presently most of the restaurants are preparing masala with raw banana, we are using banana stem(Pseudo Stem) as main ingredients.
