Ingredients

  • 3Bell peppers (Red, Yellow,Green)
  • 100 gmsCucumbers
  • 50 gmsTomatoes (seedless)
  • 30 mlOlive oil
  • 10 mlBalsamic Vinegar
  • To tasteSalt
  • 2 gmsWhite Pepper
  • 1 pinchSugar
  • 2 SprigsCurl parsley

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Cut diamonds of all vegetables.

  2. 2

    Blend together Olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and seasoning.

  3. 3

    Put the dressing inside the cut vegetable bowl.

  4. 4

    Toss it properly in a bowl.

  5. 5

    Serve it by garnishing it with curl parsley.

  6. 6

    The base of Lettuce is suggested.
